“Fontes Juris”, by Dr JF Uys, is a multi-volume set of books on “the sources of the law noted in the South African Judgments since 1828”. This publication is Part 3: Legal Literature Noted 1828-2022, A-Z and consists of volumes 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the set. “Part 3 lists all Legal Literature works noted in the judgments of the High/Supreme Courts of South Africa reported up to the end of August 2022.”
